Cecil Phillips and Tarnia Piasecki, both from Warner Road, Camberwell, SE5, were convicted of Section 18 grievous bodily harm in a September trial. Though cleared of attempted murder, their actions caused severe harm.

Harsh Sentences Delivered at Kingston Crown Court

On 22 January, justice was served at Kingston Crown Court. Phillips received a hefty 18-year sentence, while Piasecki was handed 10 years behind bars.
