Wiltshire Police are investigating after a ‘tow truck’ was used to getaway from a nighttime burglary at a barn in the Deverills area.
A red paddock vacuum worth several thousand pounds was stolen during the break-in, which occurred between 9.30pm and 10.30pm on Thursday 10 September.
The suspects are thought to have loaded the equipment onto some form of recovery or tow truck before leaving the scene.
Officers are appealing for witnesses and anyone who may have seen anything suspicious in the area around the time of the burglary.
