Truck Driver Hurt After Slingshot Attack on Kent’s A20
A truck driver is in hospital after being hit by flying glass when a thug smashed his cab window with a slingshot. The shocking attack happened at 1.30am on the A20 in Kent on November 9.
Slingshot Thugs Target Lorries on A20
Police say a car pulled up alongside the lorry and fired a slingshot, shattering the side window. Glass sprayed into the driver’s eye, causing injuries that needed emergency care.
Kent Police have linked this to a second disturbing incident, where another HGV was targeted with a slingshot and forced off the road. The condition of that driver is not known.
Police Hunt Vandals – Witnesses Urged to Speak Up
Officers are hunting the yobbo gang behind these reckless attacks. They want witnesses or anyone with dashcam footage to come forward and help catch the culprits.
