Man Found Dead with Head Injuries in Harlesden – Murder Probe Launched
Met Police rushed to a house in Casselden Road, NW10, at 10.45pm on Thursday, 10 August after concerns were raised for a man’s welfare.
Officers forced entry and found a 40-year-old man suffering from head injuries. Sadly, he was pronounced dead at the scene.
Murder Investigation Underway
The death is being treated as suspicious. The Met’s Specialist Crime Command has launched a full murder investigation. No arrests have been made so far.
The man’s next of kin have been informed and are receiving support from family liaison officers.
A post-mortem is scheduled to determine the exact cause of death in the coming days.

“My thoughts are with the family of the man who has died,” said Detective Chief Inspector Kelly Allen. “We will do everything we can to support them as our investigation progresses.”
“Based on our initial enquiries, we believe this was an isolated incident with no wider risk to the Harlesden community.”
“We understand the shock this will cause local residents. Extra police patrols will be out over the coming days to reassure the public and respond to any concerns.”
