A grim discovery on Bixley Road, Ipswich, as emergency services find a man in his 70s dead at a property early Saturday morning.

At 8:49am on March 8, 2025, the East of England Ambulance Service was called to a medical incident. Paramedics and police responded swiftly, but sadly the man was pronounced dead at the scene. Authorities have informed his next of kin.

A police spokesperson said:

“Emergency services attended, but sadly, a man in his 70s was pronounced deceased at the scene. His next of kin have been notified, and the death is not being treated as suspicious.”
