Shock in Yeovil: 16-Year-Old Stabbed in Late-Night Attack

Police are hunting witnesses after a teenage boy was stabbed in Yeovil around 10pm tonight. The 16-year-old victim was attacked near Monmouth Road and Sherwell Close and was airlifted to hospital with serious injuries.

Serious Assault Sparks Full Investigation

Detective Inspector Lee Jones described the attack as “extremely serious” and urged anyone with information to come forward immediately. He asked, “Did you see or hear anything suspicious in the Monmouth Road or Sherwell Close area this evening? Did you witness any part of the incident?”

One Man Arrested

Police have already arrested one man on suspicion of attempted murder as the investigation ramps up.
