Elderly Man Brutally Punched in Bognor – Police Launch Appeal

Unprovoked Attack on Quiet Street

Police are hunting a thug who sucker-punched an elderly man in broad daylight in Bognor. The victim was walking back to his car with a friend along 1 Road at around 3pm on Saturday, August 20, when a stranger approached near the Glamis Street junction.

Without warning, the attacker landed a heavy blow to the man’s face, knocking him to the ground and causing facial injuries.

Suspect Description and Escape

The suspect didn’t stop there – he calmly walked off towards the town centre. Witnesses say he had a shaved head, was shirtless, and wore only black shorts.
