Teen Survives After Being Shot and Stabbed in Forest Gate
A young man in his late teens was rushed to hospital with gunshot and stab wounds after a violent attack in Forest Gate on Saturday night.
Police Called to Dunbar Road Incident
Officers were called to Dunbar Road, E7, just before 9pm on December 19 following reports of a shooting. Upon arrival, they found the victim on nearby Skelton Road with serious injuries.
Man Stable After Emergency Treatment
The Metropolitan Police confirmed the man sustained both gunshot and stab wounds. Emergency crews, including London’s Air Ambulance, treated him at the scene before he was taken to an east London hospital.
“He remains in a stable condition; his injuries are not believed to be life-threatening,” police said. “A knife has been recovered. No arrests have been made yet.”
