Marc, aged 51, died in hospital on 29 January 2020, almost a month after he was run over by his car during an incident just before 3am on Sunday, 29 December 2019 in Peareswood Road in Erith.
Errol Woodger, 37 (18.12.86) of 1 Road, SE2, is due to appear at Bromley Magistrates’ Court on Thursday, 20 June charged with murder.
Woodger has also been charged with 1 concerning the incident on 29 December 2019.
