Mohammed Altaher, 41, has been jailed for 12 years after a Thames Valley Police probe landed him at Aylesbury Crown Court. The Norfolk prisoner was found guilty by a unanimous jury of raping a man in Milton Keynes.

Shocking Crime and Swift Justice

The assault happened in 2019 when the victim, a man in his forties, was attacked in his own home. Altaher voluntarily attended an interview in November 2024 and was charged by postal requisition nearly a year later in October 2025.

Harsh Sentence Runs Concurrently

Altaher received a 12-year sentence, with five years behind bars and a seven-year extended license. This term will run alongside the 10-year sentence he’s already serving for two other rapes of males in Bedfordshire in 2023.

“Justice has been served following this thorough investigation,” a Thames Valley Police spokesperson said.
