Pervert jailed for 11 years in North Yorkshire attacks

Alexander Philip Rowley, 26, from Easingwold, has been slammed behind bars for two shocking rape attacks. Despite repeatedly denying the crimes and branding his victims liars, a jury convicted him on both counts.

Attacks years apart rocked local community

The assaults targeted two young women at separate residential addresses in North Yorkshire. The vile incidents happened several years apart but in recent times. The sentence was handed down today at Hull Crown Court.

Victims praised for bravery

“Both victims have shown immense courage and determination,” said police. “Their brave testimonies helped remove a dangerous sexual predator from the streets.”

Rowley must sign the Sex Offenders’ Register for life when he’s released, ensuring he remains under strict supervision.
