Rape charges after shocking attack in Green Quarter
Two Romanian men were slapped with rape charges after a teenage girl was attacked in Manchester city centre. Mario-Alexandru Ratou, 26, and Mario-Vifor Ratou, 22, both of no fixed address, appeared at Manchester and Salford Magistrates’ Court on Saturday, 11 April 2026.
