Police Hunt Suspects After Teen Threatened and Robbed in Stapleford

Nottinghamshire Police are appealing for help to identify a man and woman linked to a frightening robbery in Stapleford.

17-Year-Old Threatened and Stripped of Valuables

On Sunday 30 October, just before 2.30pm, a 17-year-old boy was walking home from work on Bardills Island, near Brian Clough Way, when he was threatened with violence.

The suspects demanded his possessions, including his phone, earphones, and bike. The teen, left shaken and without his belongings, thankfully escaped without injury.

Police Seek Public’s Help to Crack the Case

“This was a scary incident for the teenager but thankfully he was not injured,” said Investigator Casey Messenger.

“We’ve been reviewing CCTV and working with partners, but now we need the public’s help. We believe these two pictured individuals could provide vital information in our ongoing inquiries.”
