Man to Face Court Over Fatal Colchester Crash
A man is set to face court next year over a tragic collision that killed Stuart McClung, 40. The deadly crash happened at around 12:50am on 3 November 2019, when a car smashed into the Spinnker pub on Hythe Quay, Colchester.
Accused Arrested and Summonsed
Bandile Xozumti, 41, from Waterside Lane, Colchester, was arrested following the incident. He has now been summonsed to appear at Colchester Magistrates’ Court on 19 January. Xozumti faces a charge of causing death by careless driving.
