Two Men Arrested Over Brutal Dog Attack in Slough

Thames Valley Police have caught two men linked to a savage dog assault in Slough last month. The pair, aged 20 and 22, were nabbed on Friday at a local address where officers also found a stash of cannabis.

Terrifying Attack on XL Bully Ends in Tragedy

The suspects are tied to a brutal incident on September 29, around 6.05pm on Burnham Lane. An XL bully breed dog was viciously attacked and seriously injured. Despite emergency treatment, the poor animal died from its wounds.

Charges Laid and Bail Granted

  • The 20-year-old faces multiple charges: criminal damage, causing unnecessary suffering to a protected animal, possession with intent to supply a class B drug, and possession of an offensive weapon.
  • The 22-year-old was arrested on suspicion of criminal damage, causing unnecessary suffering to a protected animal, and drug possession with intent to supply.

Both men have been released on police bail until January.

Another Man Bailed in Related Drug Probe

On the same day, a 31-year-old Slough man was also arrested for possession with intent to supply a class B drug. He, too, has been released on bail until January.
