Detectives Haul 200+ Bags from Beaconsfield Woods in Hunt for Mohammed Shah Subhani’s Killer

Detectives have wrapped up a massive search in Beaconsfield woodland as they hunt for answers in the brutal murder of Mohammed Shah Subhani, known as ‘Shah’. Over 200 bags of soil have been removed and carefully sifted to uncover fresh evidence.

Human Remains Confirmed as Shah’s

On 19 December 2019, officers confirmed the grim discovery of human remains in woods near Hedgerley Lane belong to Shah. Detective Chief Inspector Noel McHugh, leading the probe, said:

“This search began in early December and led to the tragic identification of Shah’s remains. We’ve recovered a significant amount of evidence to push this case forward.”

Grim Operation in Difficult Conditions

DCI McHugh praised his team’s efforts, revealing the painstaking process involved:

“More than 200 bags of soil have been wet sieved for evidence, then returned to the site. It’s been one of the toughest scenes we’ve worked, but my team and colleagues have done outstanding work under difficult circumstances.”

The detective also thanked the local community and nearby service station staff for their patience and support during the investigation.

Police Plea: Speak Up, End the Silence

Despite nine arrests, DCI McHugh urges those with information to come forward:

“I’m convinced people still holding back info may be protecting the killers out of loyalty or fear. Your silence is prolonging Shah’s family’s agony. We guarantee your tip-offs remain confidential.”

A £20,000 reward is still on the table for information leading to arrests and convictions. Anyone with details should contact police on 101 or anonymously via Crimestoppers. Quote Operation Rockton.
