Police Hunt Gunman After Double Shooting in Tottenham
Police have released a photo of a man they want to talk to over a double shooting in Tottenham. The violent incident unfolded late at night, and officers are urging the public to come forward.
Alleyway Altercation Ends in Gunfire
On the night of November 3, just before midnight, a fight broke out between three men in an alley off Tottenham High Road. One man left the scene but returned armed with a gun and opened fire.
- A 20-year-old man and a 16-year-old boy were hit in the legs.
- Thankfully, their injuries were not life-threatening.
Met Police Appeal for Information
The Met Police have shared an image of the suspect in a bid to identify and locate him. They are treating the shooting seriously and want to hear from anyone who recognises the man.
“We are keen to hear from anyone who can name the man in the picture whom we would like to speak to about a shooting in Tottenham High Road in November last year. If you see him, please don’t approach him, but dial 999,” said Detective Constable Adam Pursey.
“If you can identify him or know where he is, please call 101 quoting 8608/3NOV.”
