Man Sexually Assaults Woman in St James’ Park
A shocking attack occurred in St James’ Park between 4pm and 7pm on Tuesday, 8 June. The victim, a young woman, was approached and sexually assaulted by a man.
Suspect Description and Police Appeal
The suspect is described as a white male in his 50s, wearing black clothes and a face mask. Witnesses say he smelled strongly of alcohol.
Police are urging anyone who was in or near St James’ Park at the time to come forward. “Did you see anything suspicious? Do you recognise this man?” investigators ask.
