Teen Stabbed in Alperton Street Attack – Hospitalised but Stable
A teenager was rushed to hospital after a stabbing on a busy North West London street on Tuesday evening.
Stabbing Shakes Alperton
At around 5.05pm on April 22, emergency services were called to Bridgewater Road, Alperton, following reports of a brutal stabbing. Armed police and paramedics quickly arrived to find an 18-year-old male suffering from stab wounds.
He received treatment at the scene before being rushed to hospital. Thankfully, his injuries are not life-threatening or life-changing.
Police Launch Investigation, No Arrests Yet
“At around 5.05pm on Tuesday, 22 April, police were called to a stabbing on Bridgewater Road, Brent. Officers attended with the London Ambulance Service and treated an 18-year-old man for stab wounds. He was taken to hospital, where his injuries were deemed not to be life-threatening or life-changing. The investigation is ongoing.” – Metropolitan Police
No arrests have been made so far. The Met Police continue their enquiries as residents report a strong police presence and cordons in the area.
Road Closures and Bus Diversions Disrupt Evening Rush
Bridgewater Road was temporarily shut in both directions between Manor Farm Road and Whitton Avenue, causing major traffic delays. Bus routes 245 and 487 were diverted throughout the evening as police carried out their investigation.
