Tragic Death of Young Twin George in Clitheroe
Paramedics fought to save a child’s life after police were alerted at 7.30pm to a home in Clitheroe. Despite their efforts, George, one half of a beloved twin pair, was rushed to Royal Blackburn Hospital where he sadly passed away shortly after arrival.
Cause of Death Not Treated as Suspicious
Officers are working with the coroner to determine what happened, but there are no suspicious circumstances surrounding George’s death.
Family Pays Heartbreaking Tribute
“George was very loving, caring, funny and always willing to give lots of hugs and kisses, ‘1000 kisses’ he would say,” the family said.
“He was happiest playing outdoors in the woods or by the river with his twin brother, Arthur. He was liked and loved by everybody who met him. We would ask that our privacy is respected at this time.”
