Mass Brawl in Sutton Ends in Multiple Stabbings

A brutal brawl involving 40 to 60 people erupted on Sunday evening in Sutton, leaving several stabbed. Armed Police and TSG officers stormed the scene on Oakhill Road shortly after 9pm.

Heroic Police Give Life-Saving Aid

Officers first on-site found a man stabbed on his own driveway. They used first aid kits to deliver crucial life-saving treatment before ambulances arrived. Multiple victims were rushed to hospital, and a wide area was immediately locked down.

Gruesome Scene Revealed on Oakhill and Eriskine Roads

  • A property at the junction of Oakhill Road and Thicket Road showed signs of violence, with medical gear and victim’s clothing cut off after the stabbing.
  • A blood-covered kitchen knife was left on the corner of Oakhill Road, believed to be the weapon used.
  • Eriskine Road was scattered with crime scene markers showing pools of blood along the pavement.
  • Police cordoned off one side of Parkhurst Road, locking down a property and a block of flats, where further attacks reportedly took place.

Three Arrested Over Attempted Murder

A Met Police spokesperson said:

“Police were called at approximately 20:15hrs on Sunday, 17 January to reports of a fight in Parkhurst Road, Sutton. Officers and London Ambulance Service attended and found a man, believed aged in his 50s, suffering stab injuries; he was taken to hospital for treatment – his condition is not life-threatening.” “A second male, believed to be 17, also went to hospital with stab wounds; his condition is not life-threatening.” “Three males – aged 17, 18, and 43 – have been arrested on suspicion of attempted murder. All remain in custody. Enquiries into the circumstances are ongoing.”
