Dramatic Sea Rescue Off Isle of Wight
A Coastguard rescue helicopter and RNLI lifeboat have been rushed to the scene of a distress call off Yarmouth on the Isle of Wight this afternoon.
Mayday Call Sparks Urgent Response
The alarm was raised shortly after 3:10pm when a German-registered sailing boat sent out a mayday to Solent Coastguard, reporting trouble at sea.
