Ex-Katie Price Husband Rushed to Hospital in Brain Bleed Scare

Alex Reid, 50, former cage fighter and Katie Price’s ex, is in hospital amid fears of a brain bleed. The Big Brother star took to Instagram with a chilling update, revealing he’s had a CT scan and now waits on an MRI after struggling with his walking. Locals even thought he was drunk due to his “punch drunk” stagger.

Martial Arts Punishment May Be Taking Its Toll

Alex suspects years of brutal blows from martial arts have caught up with him. He confessed, “I honestly can’t believe how I’ve been walking lately — so ‘punch drunk’ that people keep assuming I’m drunk when I’m out. I’m not.”

He urged young fighters to be cautious: “After around 300 fights and years of martial arts training, plus my cauliflower ears to prove it, I want young lads coming up in the sport to train smarter. Wear your headgear. Look after yourselves.”

Thankfully the scans ruled out tumours – though Alex remains anxious. His father died from a brain tumour aged 77.

Alex Shares Grim Health Update from Hospital

Waiting for the MRI, Alex opened up from his hospital bed: “I’ve been in hospital since 9am this morning. Now we’re waiting to see if there’s any bleed or brain damage explaining the issues with my walking and balance.”

He added a stark warning: “This is me being honest, raising awareness of what goes on behind closed doors. Combat sports are incredible — but your health is everything.”

Drama Reignites with Katie Price Over Cash Video Leak

The health fears come hot on the heels of Alex stirring the pot again. He leaked a video of Katie Price counting cash, fuelling their ongoing feud. The clip, filmed in 2020, shows Katie boasting about wads of money while her daughter Princess Andre watches.

A spokesperson for Katie hit back, insisting the cash wasn’t hers and was tied up in divorce settlements. Meanwhile, Peter Andre’s camp slammed the stunt, labelling it “totally disgusting” that his young daughter was dragged in. Legal action is reportedly on the cards.
