Conservatives Storm Havant Council, Snatch Two Seats from UKIP
The Tories have solidified their grip on Havant Borough Council after smashing it at yesterday’s local elections. By 1am on Friday 4th May, the Conservatives bagged 13 of the 15 contested seats, stealing two from UKIP in a commanding display.
