Vaccine Tent Vandalised with Anti-Vax Slogans in North London
Early on Saturday, July 3, a vaccination tent outside a doctors’ surgery on Green Lanes N21 was defaced. Anti-vaccination messages were spray-painted across the tarpaulin, sparking outrage.
Police Launch Investigation and Appeal for Witnesses
The damage was reported later that day and officers have launched a probe. Cops have released an image of a woman they believe may hold vital information about the incident.
PC Sunny Parbat, from North Area, said: “As well as being distressing to those who had to see the messages, it is also disheartening that at a time when we should all be united as a nation in the fight against this deadly virus, some individuals think this kind of behaviour is acceptable.”
