Simon was last spotted in Cleator Moor on the evening of Friday, 24 March. He has known links to Whitehaven and Workington, raising concerns across the region.
What Simon Was Wearing
Described as slim with shoulder-length dark brown hair, Simon was captured on CCTV wearing a black hat and a black puffer jacket with a fur-lined hood. He also wore black tracksuit bottoms featuring red detailing and distinctive green trainers. Simon was carrying a unique bag that could aid identification.
