Relatives opened up about Cusack’s mental state, saying her spirit was “broken” from February onwards. They stressed she had no prior mental health issues, describing Maddy as carefree with her whole life ahead of her. “Everything changed, and we want the full picture,” the family said.
Sheffield United have so far refused to comment on the inquiry.
