Serious Crash on M2 Near Gillingham – Police Seek Dashcam Footage
A major collision on the M2 at Farthing Corner has left two children seriously injured. The crash happened around 5.10am on Thursday, 28 December 2023.
Two Kids Hurt in Early Morning Smash
A grey Vauxhall Astra collided with a red Citroen Berlingo on the eastbound side of the motorway. The Berlingo was carrying two children who suffered injuries and were treated at the scene before being rushed to hospital. Both remain in a serious but stable condition.
The Astra’s driver was also taken to a local hospital with minor injuries.
Kent Police Launch Serious Collision Probe
The crash is under investigation by Kent Police’s Serious Collision Unit, reference HW/KA/135/23. Officers are urgently appealing for any dashcam footage or witnesses to come forward and help.
