Blaze Breaks Out at South East London Laundry
Firefighters from the London Fire Brigade and Kent Fire and Rescue rushed to a fierce blaze at a commercial laundry in Belvedere Business Park, South East London. The fire erupted just after 8:20pm on Monday, December 5.
Massive Firefighting Effort Underway
Ten fire engines and 60 firefighters battled the flames at Crabtree Manor Way. A 32-meter turntable ladder and a fire rescue unit (FRU) were also deployed to tackle the fire head-on.
Road Closures and Safety Warnings
Authorities have shut down several roads around the business park. Locals are being urged to keep their windows and doors shut to avoid smoke inhalation as crews continue their fight.
