Cyclist rushed to hospital with serious head injuries after Collision in Cobham

Surrey Police was called at 08:50 this morning (3 June) to a collision between a silver Honda Civic and a pedal cycle on Seven Hills Road (B365), between Cobham and Whiteley Village.

The cyclist (a man in his 50’s) sustained serious head injuries and has been taken to St Georges Hospital, London by the South East Coast Ambulance Service where he is a serious, but stable, condition. His family have been made aware.
Officers are appealing for witnesses to the incident to contact them on 101 quoting reference P17135150.
The road was closed for two and half hours between Burwood road and Byfleet road while officers carried out their investigation. The driver of the Civic is assisting officers with their enquiries.
