Masked Duo Rob Tesco in Cholsey – Police Hunt Witnesses
Thames Valley Police are on the lookout after a robbery at a Tesco on Ilges Lane, Cholsey, Wallingford on Sunday night (19/8).
Knife-Wielding Thugs Strike at Tesco
Just before 10pm, two men with scarves and hoods covering their faces stormed into the store. One threatened the shop worker with a small knife, demanding cash from the till. The terrified worker handed over a sum of money before the pair fled on foot.
Thieves Spotted in Black and Grey
- Both men wore black and grey hooded jumpers
- Jogging bottoms and black trainers completed their getup
Police Appeal for Witnesses
“We are appealing for anyone who may have seen this incident. Any amount of information will be helpful to us with our investigation,” said DC Christopher Cassidy from Abingdon Force CID.
