Crimestoppers is offering a reward of up to £1000 for anonymous information leading to the arrest and charging of a wanted man from Havant.
Police have previously requested assistance in locating 69-year-old Trevor McCurdy, who is wanted on a warrant for failing to appear in Portsmouth Crown Court in connection with sexual activity with a child under the age of 16.
Officers have conducted extensive searches to locate him. To assist police with their investigations, Crimestoppers is now offering a reward of up to £1000 for information that leads to Trevor McCurdy’s arrest and charge – either online at Crimestoppers-uk.org or by calling freephone 0800 555 111.
Trevor has ties to Chichester, so we’re also asking people in the area to help us find him.
He is described as follows:
Approximately 6ft tall.
of medium stature
Hair that is grey
He had a grey moustache and beard, which he may have shaved off.
He is sometimes seen wearing dark-rimmed glasses, a flat cap, and is dressed casually.
On his right forearm, he has a tattoo that says ‘Mum and Dad’ in a Swallow, and on his left forearm, he has a tattoo of a horse’s head.
A large scar runs down the centre of his chest.
