Police Praise Team Effort in Catching Repeat Offender

PC Christopher Holmes, Eastbourne Neighbourhood Policing, said: “Adam Summerford is a prolific offender and was identified thanks to the collaboration between Sussex Police, businesses and our community partners. This teamwork is vital in catching repeat offenders who cause harm not just financially but also intimidate shop workers.”

“We will keep working alongside the business community to protect them and bring criminals to justice.”

Sussex Police’s dedicated Business Crime Team (BCT) continues to support local businesses by partnering with groups like the Business Crime Reduction Partnership and Safer Sussex Business Partnership to clamp down on shops being targeted by criminals.
