Digbeth Regeneration Kicks Off Levelling Up

Homes England has teamed up with Digbeth Loc Limited, led by Peaky Blinders creator Steven Knight, to bring the BBC’s MasterChef studios to Warwick Bar in central Birmingham.

Under the deal, Homes England will lease land on Fazeley Street to Digbeth Loc, who will launch a mixed-use scheme starting with the MasterChef production hub.

Warwick Bar consists of derelict and brownfield sites around Digbeth, assembled by Homes England to spark wider regeneration.

The project promises to transform central Birmingham’s economy with around 1,000 new homes and 270,000 sq ft of employment and educational space.
