A 14-year-old girl has been charged with attempted murder following an incident in Stockport, according to Greater Manchester Police. The incident occurred in the Stockport Road area of the town on Thursday, May 2.

The girl, whose identity is protected by law due to her age, faces charges of attempted murder, making threats to kill, possession of a bladed article in a school, and possession of a bladed article in a public place.
