Man Stabbed on Barking Road, East London – Police Hunt Witnesses
Late Night Attack Shakes Barking Road
A 26-year-old man was rushed to hospital after being stabbed on Barking Road (E6) late on Friday night. Police were called to the scene at 10:52pm following reports of a stabbing.
Emergency crews, including officers and an ambulance team, arrived swiftly to find the victim with stab wounds. Thankfully, his injuries are not life-threatening or life-changing.
Investigation Launched – No Suspects Yet
The Metropolitan Police confirmed no arrests have been made so far. Detectives are actively appealing for any witnesses or information that could help identify the attacker(s).
Extra police patrols have been sent to the area to reassure locals and assist the investigation.
“Enquiries are ongoing. We ask anyone who witnessed the incident or has information to come forward,” said a Metropolitan Police spokesperson.
