Teenager stabbed in Windsor

Thames Valley Police is appealing for information after a boy was stabbed in Windsor. The victim, a 16-year-old boy, was assaulted in two locations, Alexandra Gardens and Barry Avenue between about 10pm and 10.10pm last night (13/4). The victim sustained multiple wounds to his back caused by a knife. He was treated hospital and has since been discharged. The victim was with a group of teenagers at the time of the incident. The offenders were also part of a large group. The main offender is described as a white teenage boy who was armed with a knife. Investigating officer, Detective Constable Chris Jamieson of Force CID, said: “I am appealing to anyone who saw the incident itself or saw anything unusual in the area to please come forward. “I believe the victim was with a group of teenagers when he was attacked by another group. “If you have any information about the incident, no matter how insignificant you think it might be, please call 101 and quote reference number 43180111093. “Alternatively, if you don’t want to speak to police you can contact the independent charity Crimestoppers anonymously on 0800 555 111. No personal details will be taken and you will not go to court.”
