Teen Targeted in Gun-Point Robbery at Lancing Park

Police are hunting three youths after a 16-year-old boy was robbed at gunpoint in Lancing.

Attack at Monks Recreation Ground

The victim was at Monks Recreation Ground on Crabtree Lane around 10pm on Wednesday, 26 October, when three males approached him. One allegedly brandished a firearm and demanded his belongings. After taking the property, the gang assaulted the boy before fleeing towards Lancing railway station.

Suspect Arrested, Investigation Ongoing

A 16-year-old boy from Shoreham has been arrested on suspicion of robbery and released on conditional bail. The other two suspects remain at large.
