The London Fire Brigade (LFB) arrived at 4:50pm, responding to a call about a bar on Fish Island. The venue affected is believed to be Two More Years on Roach Road.

A spokesperson confirmed that a mezzanine floor inside the single-storey bar had given way. Firefighters are now conducting urgent searches with three engines and two rescue units deployed to the scene.
