£13,000 Watch Stolen in Shocking Radford Robbery
A man was targeted as he left a bar on Alfreton Road, Radford, when a group approached him and threatened him. They forced him to hand over his watch, valued at over £13,000.
Police Act Fast: Three Arrests Made
Nottinghamshire Police launched a swift investigation. On Monday, they arrested two men aged 21 and 25 on suspicion of robbery. The very next day, a 25-year-old man was arrested for handling stolen goods.
“I’d like to praise officers for the persistence they’ve shown while investigating this shocking incident,” said Detective Inspector Chris Berryman. “As a force, we’re completely opposed to any form of violence and are determined to wipe out crimes like these from our streets.”
“Nobody has the right to threaten people and steal their property. This behaviour won’t be tolerated by Nottinghamshire Police.”

Despite the arrests, the search for the stolen £13,000 watch is still on. Police urge anyone with information to come forward.
