Massive Cannabis Farm Busted in Mosterton!
Police swooped on a Mosterton home near Beaminster at 12.20pm on Tuesday 21 June 2022. They uncovered a whopping 50 suspected cannabis plants in an outbuilding. Alongside the haul, cash and traces of a suspected class A drug were found.
Man in 50s Arrested Over Drug Cultivation
A local man in his fifties was arrested on suspicion of cultivating cannabis and possession of a class B drug. He has been released under investigation while officers dig deeper.
“We acted quickly on information and uncovered a suspected large-scale cannabis operation,” said Sergeant Mike Brown of West Dorset Police. “We know drug activity impacts our communities and urge anyone with info to come forward.”
