Emergency Rush to Yiewsley Funfair
A woman suffered serious injuries after falling from a ride at the Thunder Park Funfair in Yiewsley on Tuesday night. Emergency services were scrambled to High Street shortly after 8pm, including a London air ambulance medic.
Rapid Response from London Ambulance Service
A London Ambulance Service spokesman confirmed the call came in at 8.08pm. “We deployed ambulance crews, an advanced paramedic, an incident response officer, and our hazardous area response team. The first medics arrived in under three minutes,” the spokesman said.
Ongoing Treatment at the Scene
The air ambulance medic also joined the response team. “We are currently treating the patient and remain on scene,” the spokesman added.
