Cyclist Critically Hurt After Crash with Blue Audi in Westminster
Detectives are hunting witnesses and anyone with dash cam footage following a nasty collision in central London. Police rushed to Victoria Embankment near Temple Place just before 8pm last Thursday, 17 October, after reports of a smash involving a female cyclist and a blue Audi.
Young Cyclist Seriously Injured
The woman, in her 20s, was found seriously hurt at the scene. Paramedics from the London Ambulance Service treated her before rushing her to hospital. She remains in a serious but stable condition.
Two Men Arrested Over Dangerous Driving
Officers arrested two men in their 30s on suspicion of causing serious injury by dangerous driving. Both were taken into custody but later released under investigation as inquiries continue.
