Man Attacked on Minnis Road

Kent Police are hunting witnesses after a brutal assault left a man in his 30s with serious head injuries. The attack happened between 7.45pm and 8.05pm on Christmas Day, December 25, 2019, on Minnis Road.

Suspect Arrested at Scene

Officers rushed to the scene. The victim was promptly taken to a London hospital for urgent treatment. A 28-year-old man, who knew the victim, was arrested on suspicion of causing grievous bodily harm. He has since been released on bail until January 16, 2020, while investigations continue.

Police Seek Witnesses and Footage

Kent Police are urging anyone who saw the incident to come forward—especially a man walking his dog who reportedly intervened to stop the attack.
