Couple Exploit Victims in Shocking Car Wash Slave Ring
A vile British couple forced vulnerable victims to toil at their car wash or face brutal consequences. The National Crime Agency (NCA) has exposed the shocking abuse that spanned over a decade.
Prisoners of Abuse Forced to Work for Free
Victims, lured from poverty abroad, were trapped in a never-ending nightmare. They had to work at the car wash, with no pay, under the control of the ruthless pair, Tancos and Gomulska.
“Tancos and Gomulska treated their victims as possessions, exploiting their hope of a better life for themselves and their families to keep them in a never ending cycle of abuse. They were prisoners. The experiences they shared in court showed how mentally broken the couple left them.”

Ill-Gotten Gains Spent on Gambling and Cars
While their victims suffered, the cruel couple squandered the wages on gambling and flashy cars. The NCA praised their Slovakian counterparts for helping track down victims abroad and bring evidence spanning back to 2008.
Fighting Human Trafficking is a Top Priority
Commander Williams vowed to keep hunting traffickers and protecting victims, saying:
“Tackling human trafficking is one of our highest priorities, and we will continue to work with partners to pursue offenders and protect victims.”
