Tragic Stabbing Fatality in Ancoats
Neri Morse, 24, lost his life after a brutal stabbing attack on Pollard Street, Ancoats at around 6.30pm last Wednesday, Greater Manchester Police confirmed.
Second Victim Injured in Violent Assault
Another man in his 20s also suffered leg injuries during the attack and is currently receiving medical treatment.
Man Charged with Murder and Knife Offences
Rushaun Brown, 23, from Higher Ardwick, Manchester, has been charged with murder, assault, and possession of a bladed article. He is set to appear at Manchester Magistrates’ Court on Monday.
Further Arrest Made
Police have also detained another 23-year-old man on suspicion of murder. He remains in custody as the investigation continues.
