Kent Police hunt witnesses after man exposed himself in Folkestone car
Indecent exposure shocks Wear Bay Road
Kent Police are on the case following a brazen indecent exposure incident in Folkestone. Between midday and 12:40pm on Wednesday, 5 March 2025, a man was spotted exposing himself and performing a lewd act inside a black car parked on Wear Bay Road.
Margate man held and bailed
After swift investigations, officers arrested a 62-year-old man from Margate on Friday, 7 March in connection with the incident. He has since been released on bail while inquiries continue.
Police pleading for witnesses and footage
Kent Police are urging anyone who saw the incident or captured it on CCTV or dashcam to step forward. A police spokesperson said:
“We are continuing to investigate this incident and ask anyone who was in the area at the time or has any footage that could assist to contact us as soon as possible.”
