A man driving a horse and trap has died after a crash on Eastern Way, Thamesmead.
Friends have named the victim as Mikey Connors.
The fatal smash happened around 8:45am on Saturday.
Police arrested a 30-year-old man from the car at the scene.
He’s now held on suspicion of causing death by dangerous driving.
