Man, 48, Faces Rape and Sexual Assault Charges in Bournemouth
A 48-year-old man has appeared in court accused of raping and sexually assaulting a woman in Bournemouth. Said Alshukri, from Grove Road, Bournemouth, appeared at Poole Magistrates’ Court on November 25.
Serious Sexual Offences Push Case to Crown Court
The charges relate to an alleged incident on June 30, 2024. Alshukri has yet to enter a plea. Given the serious nature of the allegations, the case has been escalated to Bournemouth Crown Court.
Next Court Date Set for January 8
Alshukri is scheduled to appear at Bournemouth Crown Court on January 8 as the legal process continues.
