David Fabian, 34, from Pike Lane, Ramsgate, has been handed a 208-day prison sentence after viciously assaulting four police officers during a chaotic disturbance in Dover. The shocking attacks unfolded in the early hours of Wednesday, 14 February 2024.
Officers Faced Brutal Assaults

Fabian pleaded guilty to all charges at Folkestone Magistrates’ Court the next day. Police Sergeant Jon Smith condemned Fabian’s “disgusting and violent behaviour,” calling it “utterly abhorrent.”
“Our officers face unpredictable and often volatile situations daily,” said Sgt Smith. “It is completely unacceptable that they are subjected to violence just for doing their job. This sentence sends a clear warning: anyone threatening emergency workers will face the full force of the law.”
